Runze Palace B02

The Runze Palace Show Villa adopts the classical European symmetry to achieve a ceremonial sense to the flow and layout within the villa. Dignity and grandeur have been fashioned throughout with the use of opening atriums and layered ceiling details. Statement pieces, like the brass framed mirror on the fireplace of the library, celebrate the specialness of each room but the colour palette is repeated for a tranquil transition. Natural light woods, beiges and soft pastels give the Runze Palace Villa a majestic illumination.

Thesaurus

Thesaurus is a symbiosis between Nature and Jewelry, materialized into a one of a kind piece of furniture. Passion and craftsmanship are united to create this sculptural table where 14,000 Swarovski crystals are carefully embedded one by one, by hand, in the natural fissures of a warm centenary olive tree trunk. The base is made of black marble, symbolizing the strata of the earth, and the glass surface is made in the shape of an olive leaf.

China North Island

Located in the center of a 520,000 square meters lake area of the Tianjing city center, this China North Island Show Villa is nestled in a much sought-after ecological environment. American neoclassical architectural style dominate the layout and detailing for this villa but are subdued and personalized by the refreshing white colour backdrop throughout. The colour scheme is then personalized with the sprinkling of silver and gold ubiquitously.

Brother Fortune 180

The design of this project shows the care and consideration for the owner. The style design extracts natural elements such as landscape and scenery on the basis of strong Chinese style, which makes the whole space have the dynamic feeling of traveling far away from the moon, and makes people feel as if they are in the artistic conception of the classical Kunqu Opera with ink-splashing mountains and waters as the background.

Brother Fortune T Fourplex

The project is located in Baotou City, China. Baotou is the homonym of Mongolian "Baoketu", which means "where there are deer", is an important hub connecting North China and Northwest China, and also a communication hub between the nomadic culture of the northern grasslands and the farming culture of the Central Plains. This project adopts the principle of dynamic and static zoning to clarify the functional attributes of each area so as not to disturb each other.
