Huafa Hills

Huafa Hills is a luxury residential development at Zuhai in Greater Bay Area, China. It is comprised of 110 villas and 852 residential units. Geographically, the site is surrounded by mountains from three sides, resulting in an exclusive and private development. In terms of architectural design, the contemporary classic French style facade properly integrates with the natural environmental setting and landscape. The rich expression and unique with details that enable the residents to enjoy a ceremonious and luxurious living experience.

Loong Palace 480

This Show-villa is dominated by modern style with the integration of culture and art to neutralize the austere sense of modern style. Using straight lines with a sense of freedom to build the outline in the space, and integrating with arc lines, the element of the page is adopted throughout the main space. This is a dynamic land representing China's emerging technology and cultural power, and it is located in a beautiful environment, which is famous for producing royal rice specially supplied to the west of Beijing since ancient times.

Brooklyn Luxury

Inspired by the passion of the client for rich historical residences, this project represents an adaptation of the functionalism and tradition to the intentions of the present. Thus, the classic style was chosen, adapted and stylized to the canons of contemporary design and modern technologies, the novel materials of good quality have contributed to the creation of this project - a true jewel of the New York Architecture. Expected expenditures will exceed 5 million American dollars, will offer the premise of creating a stylish and opulent interior, but also functional and comfortable.

Florasis Gold Love Lock

The design is inspired by the Love Lock in traditional Chinese culture. The Love Lock is an artifact wielded by the legendary Matchmaking God in China. This product is designed by the inspiration of the Love Lock in Chinese traditional culture, used as a lipstick and jewelry. It carries countless people’s longing for love, meaning that love is as heavy as gold and two hearts are locked together forever. As a lipstick, Press the button and the lipstick pops out, simple and practical. As jewelry, the removable pure gold feather on the lid is not only a brooch but also a pendant with a chain.

Florasis Gold Peacock

The design is the Florasis brand's impression of the Dai minority culture and inheritance in China. The peacock is a symbol of auspiciousness, beauty, and happiness in the eyes of the Dai people. A gold peacock is embedded on this face powder compact’s dark green window with a decorative frame. The lid of this product adopts gold filigree, an ancient traditional Chinese handcraft. Pure gold is made into about 0.2mm filaments. The gold peacock on the lid can be removable and as a brooch to wear. This work functions as both a face powder compact and a piece of jewelry.
