Eminence Mansion

This project has 3.3 meters height ceiling throughout, giving the residence a continuing elevated space of majesty and comfort. The ceiling has been deftly crafted to hold a hand made crystal chandelier, which hangs above the circular marble and wood inlaid coffee table in the living room. A similar chandelier with matching crystals resides above the dining table, establishing continuity from space to space. Sensuously rich materials have been combined for flooring patterns celebrating historical magnificence. A subtle and soft color palette was introduced to living room and dining room.

La Vita E Bella

Melding western and eastern styles, La Vita E Bella Show Villa transitions the contemporary with the historical in the spirit of this era. Traditional Chinese details like spun silk flowers and birds wallpaper in the master bedroom sit juxtaposition with contemporary western furnishing. Overall forms, walls and spatial structures are govern by western sensibilities with gentle reminders of Chinese traditions through the use of classical banisters, metal thread on the walls and symmetrical carved screens.

Heritage Estate

The Beijing Heritage Estate Clubhouse sits in the core area of the CPD, Beijing, giving it an exclusivity due to the rarity of geographic and environmental advantages. This prestigious Clubhouse boast an eclectic assemblage of extraordinary pieces of traditional furniture, artwork and artifacts from European artisans. Many of these pieces borrowed their original inspirations from the Chinese culture that were appropriated during colonial periods and now fascinate the top clients from China and abroad.

Bovet Clock Tower

In association with Swiss luxury watch manufacturer Bovet, we’ve developed a five metre clocktower installation. Placed in the Asterium Towers of Seoul’s Yongsan Business District, it serves both as an attraction and a meeting point. The tower’s shape is a contemporary interpretation of a classic clocktower. Its moebius strip represents the conception of infinity and the eternal cycle of time. Depending on the perspective, this theme is further reinforced by the perceived shape of an eight, a symbol of luck and fortune in Chinese culture.

Zenith City

Replace artificial luxuries with natural textures, refine design language from traditional culture, and construct an antiseismic and safe residence that represents oriental aesthetics of abundance. Display a complete piece of Chibi marble slab with natural texture to bring out the surging momentum, reappear the image of Chinese splash-ink paintings with a complete piece of marble slab of landscape texture, to convey a feel of serenity from oriental elements.

Life is Flower

Life is Flower is an artistic exercise conceived by the Japanese designer Yasumichi Morita for Lladró. It displays its beauty thanks to the techniques and skills of a Lladró creation with a variety of porcelain flowers. This blossoming speaks of a “future” of dreams and hopes, and spreads its message of “happiness of life” to people all around the world. With over 500 flowers in different tones of blue and handmade petal by petal by artists at Lladró, Life is Flower is a limited edition of 100 pieces in this decoration.
